練習時間、場所及體驗課程 (Class)

一般課程: 每星期三晚上七點半至九點，以及每週日下午一點至兩點半。
Regular Class: Every Wed. 1930-2100; Sun. 1300-1430

為了可以讓更多的朋友認識SYSTEMA，SYSTEMA TAIPEI在一般課程時間提供體驗課(每人僅限1次)，名額有限，請email:systemataipei@gmail.com告知參加人數及時間，並確認是否尚有體驗課名額。


注意事項:

1. 練習時請著室內鞋或赤腳，耐髒衣物。
2. 場地不開放參觀，欲參加體驗課朋友請至少在體驗課之三天前以EMAIL申請，並完成確認。
3. 請自備茶水。
4. 參加Systema Taipei活動朋友需填寫Systema Taipei活動參加聲明書，以保障彼此權益。

Notice:
     1. Please prepare indoor training shoes (or barefoot for training) and fresh water.
     2. Venue is not open to visitors, however, we offer experience lesson for those who are interested in Systema.  Please email:systemataipei@gmail.com to tell us (name, how many person and the date) and complete the verification.
     3. Those who participate in Systema Taipei activities required to complete Systema Taipei Declaration, to protect each others' interests.
